In addition to temporary exhibitions, creative workshops, themed competitions, and various educational activities can be organized.
How can temporary exhibitions and other events be organized in UBBART spaces?
- For temporary exhibitions, we request that one of the exhibited works be donated to the BBU’s heritage collection.

3. University entities (students, faculties, departments, institutes, etc.) and BBU partners and collaborators may organize cultural events free of charge, based on an application sent to patrimoniu@ubbcluj.ro.
How can you collaborate with UBBART as an artist, sponsor, or volunteer?
Artists should submit a portfolio of their work, an exhibition history, and relevant information (including education, training courses, distinctions, and awards). For other types of cooperation, please send a request to patrimoniu@ubbcluj.ro.
